Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Malie. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you do not meet it, you may not create an account or use the service.

Not medical advice

Malie provides guided hypnosis and wellness audio for general wellbeing. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a replacement for therapy, medication, or care from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical or mental health condition, or if you are in crisis, seek help from a licensed professional or emergency services.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Malie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, or structure of the app or its related systems
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content from Malie — including audio sessions, text, images, or other materials — without our prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, servers, or networks connected to Malie
• Use the app in any way that could harm yourself or others, including listening while driving or operating machinery

Intellectual property

All content in Malie — including audio, text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the app grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely within the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features of Malie may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple's applicable terms and billing practices, including renewal and cancellation rules.

Disclaimer of warranties

Malie is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific expectations or outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Malie.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Malie if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Malie after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
